Key Stage 5

Year 12

Learners study:

Glaciated Landscapes and Change, The Water Cycle and Water Insecurity, Globalisation and Regenerating Places, The Carbon Cycle and Energy Security.

Year 13

Learners study:

The Carbon Cycle and Energy Security, Superpowers, Migration, Identity and Sovereignty, Tectonic Processes and Hazards.

Learners complete physical and human fieldwork in Year 12 and 13 which will develop skills of data collection, analysis and presentation. This will prepare the learners for the independent investigation worth 20% of final A Level.
